Guy ropes serve as an additional (secondary) fastening for the tent, which can be used for wind speeds up to 40 km/h. For primary ground anchoring, use the stakes provided free of charge with each tent. If you wish to anchor the tent to a hard surface, you can purchase additional sandbags.
