2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with Irish and European legislation, only consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product without providing any justification.
Business customers do not have the right to return products without justification, unless the product is defective or does not match the order made.
Return Process for Consumers:
- The customer must notify their decision within 14 days via email.
- The product can be returned even if it is not in its original packaging, but it must be in resellable condition and not damaged by improper use.

3. Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer: IBAN: SK36 8330 0000 0021 0094 3785 (no additional charges).
- PayPal: Additional charge of €3 including VAT.
- Online Card Payment: No additional charges.
4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Conditions
Free shipping with DPD or GLS for orders over €110 including VAT.
For orders below €110, the shipping cost is €9 per order.
Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM, in stock, and paid by online card or cash on delivery, will be shipped the same day.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the shipment will be processed once the transfer is received. The transfer must be received before 1:00 PM on a business day; otherwise, the shipment will be made the following business day.
5. Warranty
Business customers: 1-year warranty.
Consumers: 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Extended 5-year warranty only for consumers, covering manufacturing or material defects.
6. Seller's Liability
The seller is responsible for defects in conformity according to applicable law.
7. Personal Data Protection
The seller complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For consumers: Irish legislation and courts of Dublin.
For business customers: Slovak legislation and courts of Bratislava.
9. Additional Terms
If you have received the 2D design by email and do not place any order with us, a charge of €5 including VAT will apply for the delivered 2D visualization.
However, if you place an order for products on our website, this charge will not apply.
10. Spare Parts and BRIMO® Structure Service
Customers are entitled to free spare parts within the first year of purchase, regardless of the cause of the damage.
The limit for free spare parts is €10 for steel structures and €15 for aluminum structures.
Parts exceeding this value will be charged according to the current price list.
To request spare parts, customers must complete the form on the website or send a request via email.
11. Final Provisions
Unpredictable weather conditions and improper use of the stand's anchoring have led to the implementation of free spare parts.
The colors of spare parts may differ from the original structure.
Products may include the BRIMO brand, as shown in the photos and videos of each product.
