Orders are shipped on business days before 1:00 PM. Stock levels are updated in real time! If a product is out of stock, it is indicated on the website, but usually such products are not displayed at all...

For advertising printing on tents, the shipping time is longer – the exact shipping time can be found on the specific printing service subpage.

When paying by bank transfer, the payment must be credited to our account before 1:00 PM on a business day. Otherwise, the order will be shipped the next business day. We never ship goods before receiving your bank transfer. Payment is made based on a proforma invoice; an invoice can be issued upon request...

Other payment methods do not affect the processing and packing speed of the folding tent or other goods.

No shipments are sent or delivered during weekends and holidays.

The average courier delivery time is indicated on each product page at the top. This time is approximate and cannot be expedited.

We deliver exclusively via DPD or GLS courier services. The courier choice is made by us based on weight and volume restrictions.

Due to fast shipping and the option of free shipping, interest in personal pickup has decreased. Personal pickup has therefore been cancelled.
