However, due to the absence of a display device (e.g., internet access) or visual impairment, we are happy to accept standard tent orders (without printing) by phone.

Important Restriction

We also confirm that we cannot accept phone orders that include tent printing (advertising tents).

Reason: The personalization process requires:

1. Visualization: The customer must see and approve the graphic visual in writing before printing.
2. Graphic Materials: Submission of logos and graphics is only possible electronically (email/cloud).

Without these steps, we cannot guarantee a flawless printing result, and therefore we cannot accept such an order by phone.

Information about the transport bag for scissor tents

The standard situation is as follows:

Protective cover for carrying the main structure

is always included in the package of the main structure and the roof tarp of the scissor tent. This bag is designed for transporting the frame and roof and does not have wheels.

It is advisable to transport scissor tents with dimensions of 3x4.5m and larger in a wheeled bag. If you frequently transport the tent and the visibility is at least 20 m, this is a sensible solution.

Separate set of side walls

The separate set of side walls does not include a bag in the price. This bag can be purchased in the accessories. 

Recommendations for storage and transport

We recommend that you always pack the walls into one bag or box after use and drying, and the roof and frame into the supplied transport bag, or carry them in the packaging in which they were delivered.

Safety Recommendations – Barbecuing and Using Fire Near a Tent

As a seller of our high-quality pop-up and party tents, we do not recommend (and even strongly warn) that you barbecue – whether over an open flame, gas, or charcoal – directly inside the pop-up tent as shown in the photo below, especially under the roof or in close proximity to the side walls.

Main Reasons to Avoid Barbecuing in a Tent

1. Fire Risk: Although our tarps are certified to class B1 (reduced flammability), they are not completely fireproof. Any contact with an open flame, sparks, or radiant heat can damage the material and poses a serious fire hazard to you and your surroundings.
2. Smoke and Soot: Smoke from the grill settles on the tarps and leaves marks that are very difficult to remove. Soot contamination significantly shortens the lifespan and aesthetic appearance of the tent.
3. Insufficient Ventilation: The enclosed space of the tent does not provide adequate ventilation for barbecuing. There is a risk of dangerous gas accumulation, such as carbon monoxide, which can be life-threatening.

✅ Our Recommendation

Use the tent as a protective shelter next to the grill – for example, for guests or for storing food. Place the grill at a safe distance from the tarps, ideally at least 2–3 meters away from the tent.

Cleaning Procedure for the Canopy

When cleaning canopies (polyester with PVC/PU coating), it is important to proceed gently:

1. Removing Coarse Dirt

First, remove all coarse dirt, mud, leaves, or pollen with a brush or soft cloth while the canopy is dry.

2. Washing with Lukewarm Water and Mild Detergent

Wash the canopy with a solution of lukewarm water and a non-aggressive, mild soap (e.g., dish soap or a special cleaner for tent canopies).

3. Gentle Brushing

Use a soft cloth, sponge, or brush with soft bristles. Never use harsh brushes, high-pressure cleaners (WAP), or abrasive cleaning agents, as they can damage the waterproof coating of the canopy.

4. Thorough Rinsing

Thoroughly rinse the canopy with clean water to remove all soap residues.

Important Warnings

• Remember: Never fold a wet tent! The canopy must be completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold, mildew, and odors. It is better to leave the tent set up longer in fresh air.
• Avoid Chemicals: Do not use cleaning agents with solvents, bleaches, or aggressive chemicals that could damage the PVC/PU layer and reduce water resistance.

⚙️ Cleaning the Frame

The frame (steel or aluminum) can simply be wiped down with a damp cloth to remove dust or mud. It is most important to keep the joints and moving parts clean to ensure the frame remains fully functional.

⛈️ When should you take down a pop-up tent?

The answer is YES: in the event of an approaching storm or heavy snowfall, it is necessary to take down your pop-up tent immediately. Here is a detailed explanation of the situations:

Storm and strong winds

Our pop-up tents are robust (especially the PROFI and EXCLUSIVE models), but they are not designed to withstand extremely strong storms or gusty winds typical of stormy weather.

• Risk of damage: Strong winds or gusty winds can lead to tipping over, deformation, or breaking of the structure.
• Safety limits: Each tent has a specified maximum wind resistance limit (e.g., 50–70 km/h for PROFI models). A storm can easily exceed these limits.

Recommendation: If strong winds, a storm, or heavy rain is approaching, take down the tent immediately and store it in the carrying bag.

Heavy snowfall ❄️

Heavy and wet snowfall poses a serious risk to the tent due to the weight of the snow cover.

• Risk of collapse: The canopy is not designed to bear snow. Even a small layer of wet snow can overload the roof profiles and cause bending or collapse of the structure.

Recommendation: Pop-up tents are not intended for use under snow. If it starts to snow, take down the tent as soon as possible.

Choosing the Right Type of Anchoring for a Folding Gazebo

Selecting the appropriate anchoring is crucial for the safety and stability of your pop-up tent, as it prevents damage from wind or even being blown away. The type of anchoring depends on the surface on which you set up the gazebo:

1. Soft Ground (grass, soil, sand)

For soft grounds, standard anchoring elements are the most effective solution:

• Anchoring stakes / pegs: These are included in the package of the pop-up tent. The stakes are firmly driven into the ground through the fastening holes on the feet or used together with anchoring ropes for better stability.
• BRIMO Recommendation: Always use both stakes and ropes. Attach the rope to the top corner of the structure and push the stake into the ground at an angle – this will ensure optimal resistance to side winds.

2. Hard Ground (concrete, pavement, asphalt)

If you cannot use stakes, rely on weighted anchoring:

• Weighted bags: Special bags filled with sand or gravel, secured with Velcro or straps to each leg of the structure. The recommended weight is at least 145 kg per leg (depending on the size of the tent and expected wind).
• Weighted plates / blocks: An alternative is cement, concrete, or cast iron blocks that are secured to the legs of the tent to ensure stability.

⚠️ Important Safety Note

Never use the gazebo without anchoring, even in calm weather. A sudden gust of wind can cause immediate damage to the tent.

Installation of the Roof on the Scissor Tent Frame

The installation of the roof on the frame of our scissor tent is simple and quick. The entire system is designed so that one person can manage it in a few seconds.

Installation Steps

1. Partial Assembly of the Frame: Place the folded frame on the ground at the location where the tent will stand. Pull the legs slightly apart, just enough to place the roof. Do not secure the frame yet or fully extend it.
2. Attaching the Roof: Place the roof tarp on the partially assembled frame. Check that the corners of the roof are properly aligned with the corners of the frame.
3. Securing the Corners: Pull the corners of the roof over the legs of the frame downwards and ensure that the roof feet are firmly placed on the upper parts of the legs.
4. Securing with Velcro: Along the perimeter of the roof are Velcro straps. Attach them to the profiles of the frame legs. This way, the tarp will hold firmly and prevent it from blowing away in the wind.
5. Fully Extending: Fully extend the legs of the frame outwards. The frame will automatically secure itself with the patented BRIMO system, and the roof will be tightened.
6. Height Adjustment: If necessary, adjust the height of the tent.

TIP

You can leave the roof tarp attached when folding the tent, which will save you time during the next setup. However, do not transport the tent prepared this way lying on the ground.

Setting Up the BRIMO Pop-Up Tent

Setting up our pop-up tent is very simple and quick, which is why it is also called "quick-setup." The entire process takes only a few dozen seconds and can be done by one person without any tools.

⚙️ Assembly Instructions

1. Unfolding the Structure: Place the folded structure (with the roof attached, if you keep it on the structure) on the ground where the tent is to stand. Grab the two outer legs and gently pull them apart – the structure will start to open up like an accordion.
2. Attaching the Roof (if not already attached): Place the roof on while the structure is slightly spread. Pull the corners of the tarp over the feet at the top of the legs and secure it to the pop-up structure using Velcro straps.
3. Fully Expanding: Continue to pull the structure apart until it locks completely. The pop-up system will automatically secure itself, and the roof will stretch. Our tents have a special patent that makes handling the corners easier.
4. Height Adjustment: Go to each leg, release the lock, pull the inner part to the desired height, and reinsert the lock. This will raise the tent to its full height.
5. Installing Side Walls (optional): If you have side walls, attach them to the roof using Velcro and connect them together to create an enclosed space.
6. Anchoring (MANDATORY): Anchor the tent using stakes and ropes into the ground. On concrete or pavement, use weight bags or blocks on each leg.

Connecting gazebo tents for more space

That's a great question if you're planning a larger covered area! Yes, our gazebo tents can easily be connected together, allowing you to create larger, continuous, and flexible spaces for events, markets, or big parties.

How the connection works

1. Side by side connection: Two or more tents are set up directly next to each other so that their roofs touch.
2. Use of guttering: Special guttering (connecting strips) are used for the connection, which are secured between the roofs of the two tents using Velcro or another system.
3. Gutter function: The gutter prevents water from flowing at the connection point. Water is directed away from the joint, keeping the area under the tents dry even during rain.
4. Additional connection: For complete linking, connecting side walls can be used, which cover the legs of the tents and create an enclosed space without gaps.

BRIMO TIP

When connecting tents, we recommend that they have the same height and type of construction – this way you achieve the tightest and most stable connection using gutters. Connecting tents from different manufacturers or with different heights can be problematic.

Are BRIMO pop-up tents waterproof?

This is a crucial question! Yes, our pop-up tents are completely waterproof – water resistance is one of the main features we emphasize.

Material and construction of the canopy

• Premium material: The roof and side canopies are made from dense polyester fiber (most commonly OXFORD fabric), which is coated on the inside with a durable protective layer – PVC or PU (polyurethane).
• 100% Waterproof: Thanks to this inner layer, the canopies are completely waterproof and reliably withstand rain and strong winds.
• Specially treated seams: Each joint is precisely processed to prevent water penetration at the most sensitive points.

The fastest and simplest way to repair minor tears or holes (on polyester or PVC fabrics) is to use a special heat-activated tape. This ensures that your tent fabric stays fully waterproof and strong, without complicated repairs.

Choosing the Tent Color: Light or Dark

The choice between a light and dark tent color mainly depends on how and where you will use the tent most often. Each color has its functional advantages and disadvantages.

Light Colors (e.g., white, light gray)

Light colors are ideal if your priority is thermal comfort. They reflect sunlight and heat the best, which means the space under the tent stays cooler and less overheated during hot summer days. The inside of the tent is naturally better lit and feels airier, which you will appreciate if the tent serves as a sales booth.

The price of the personalized advertising tent is always individual and depends on the model and type of printing you choose. Exact and current prices are clearly listed on our website after selecting specific parameters.

Creating the Price of the Personalized Tent

The total price is based on two main items: the price of the tent and the price of printing.

1. Printing with Thermal Foil (Ironing)

• Principle: This involves the additional application of a logo or inscription on an already finished tent fabric, which you select from our standard offer of 7 colors.
• Price Calculation: The price of thermal foil printing is added to the price of the finished tent you selected (structure + fabric).

Total Price = Price of the Basic Tent + Price of Thermal Foil Printing

Price of Printing: On the website, you select the placement and size of the print (e.g., a small logo on the frill) and the system will show you the exact price for this print only.

2. Digital Sublimation Printing

• Principle: In this method, the graphics (logo, photo, full-pattern design) are printed directly onto the white fabric before the tent is sewn together. Sublimation is therefore not just printing, but also the fabric of the roof and walls themselves.

For this type of printing, which is done on pre-made tarps, you will use our online tool:

• Advantage: The system will show you a visual preview and exact price for each application almost immediately.

2. For Sublimation Printing (Full-Width Printing)

For sublimation printing, where the entire fabric is printed before sewing, we usually need more complex graphic files, which you will send us:

• By Email: Smaller graphic files (logos, texts, laid out in a template) can be sent as an email attachment. Please remember the attachment size limit, which must not exceed 25 MB.
• Via Cloud: If your graphic materials are extensive (e.g., full-width graphics in high resolution or a template file exceeding 25 MB), please send us a link to a cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) to our company email.
