Tent Product Orders
❌ We Do Not Accept Orders Via Email
We do not accept orders for tent products, whether standard or printed, via email.
Why is it necessary to order through the e-shop?
- Product Reservation: Only an order placed directly through the e-shop guarantees that you reserve the product and it won't sell out in the meantime, as our stock shortages can be lengthy.
- Accurate Specification: The order form in the e-shop guides you through selecting the color, exact size, and model, eliminating inaccuracies that are common in email communication.
- Complete Information: The system ensures that you enter all billing and shipping information (including VAT number and contact details), which is essential for quick and error-free processing.
- Efficiency: Processing orders directly in the e-shop is efficient and minimizes errors from manually transcribing data from emails.
Can I order by phone?
Phone Orders (With Exceptions)
Generally, processing orders is most efficient through our e-shop, where the customer can specify the color, model, and shipping details accurately.
However, due to the absence of a display device (e.g., internet access) or visual impairment, we are happy to accept standard tent orders (without printing) by phone.
Important Restriction
We also confirm that we cannot accept phone orders that include tent printing (advertising tents).
Reason: The personalization process requires:
- Visualization: The customer must see and approve the graphic visual in writing before printing.
- Graphic Materials: Submission of logos and graphics is only possible electronically (email/cloud).
Without these steps, we cannot guarantee a flawless printing result, and therefore we cannot accept such an order by phone.
Speed of dispatch is our priority, especially for tents that you often need for a specific event.
Here are the key points regarding delivery speed:

Color of Large Capacity Party Tents
While our quick-setup scissor tents are available in a wide range of colors (up to 7), our large capacity Party tents with robust PVC tarpaulins, designed for extensive and demanding events, are offered in one, proven color:
Elegant White Color with PVC Tarpaulin
Our large capacity Party tents are available only in elegant and neutral white color with a PVC tarpaulin.
The white color is ideal for these large tents as it ensures the best interior brightness, looks stylish at weddings and events, and meets the highest fire safety and durability standards. The tarpaulins are made from high-quality and durable PVC material.
What is included in the package of the pop-up tent
Here is an overview of what you will usually find in the package of our pop-up tent:
1. Roof Cover
The roof itself, which is already attached to the structure (or is easily fitted), made from waterproof material (e.g., polyester with PVC/PU coating).
2. Scissor Structure
Steel or aluminum (depending on your choice), which unfolds easily and quickly.
3. Side Walls (depending on the model)
Most of our standard packages include three solid side walls. If you pay extra for a wall set, you can also have a fourth wall with a zip entrance.
4. Protective Cover / Carry Bag
Used for easy transport and protection of the folded tent and structure.
5. Anchoring Accessories
- Anchoring Pegs / Nails: Necessary for securely anchoring the tent to grass or soft ground.
- Anchoring Ropes: Used for better securing and stability of the structure in windy conditions.
Note: If you are purchasing a tent labeled "without walls", the package will only include the structure, roof, cover, and anchoring pegs, but there will be no side walls.
Information about the transport bag for scissor tents
The standard situation is as follows:
Protective cover for carrying the main structure
is always included in the package of the main structure and the roof tarp of the scissor tent. This bag is designed for transporting the frame and roof and does not have wheels.
It is advisable to transport scissor tents with dimensions of 3x4.5m and larger in a wheeled bag. If you frequently transport the tent and the visibility is at least 20 m, this is a sensible solution.
Separate set of side walls
The separate set of side walls does not include a bag in the price. This bag can be purchased in the accessories.
Recommendations for storage and transport
We recommend that you always pack the walls into one bag or box after use and drying, and the roof and frame into the supplied transport bag, or carry them in the packaging in which they were delivered.
Safety Recommendations – Barbecuing and Using Fire Near a Tent
As a seller of our high-quality pop-up and party tents, we do not recommend (and even strongly warn) that you barbecue – whether over an open flame, gas, or charcoal – directly inside the pop-up tent as shown in the photo below, especially under the roof or in close proximity to the side walls.
Main Reasons to Avoid Barbecuing in a Tent
- Fire Risk: Although our tarps are certified to class B1 (reduced flammability), they are not completely fireproof. Any contact with an open flame, sparks, or radiant heat can damage the material and poses a serious fire hazard to you and your surroundings.
- Smoke and Soot: Smoke from the grill settles on the tarps and leaves marks that are very difficult to remove. Soot contamination significantly shortens the lifespan and aesthetic appearance of the tent.
- Insufficient Ventilation: The enclosed space of the tent does not provide adequate ventilation for barbecuing. There is a risk of dangerous gas accumulation, such as carbon monoxide, which can be life-threatening.
✅ Our Recommendation
Use the tent as a protective shelter next to the grill – for example, for guests or for storing food. Place the grill at a safe distance from the tarps, ideally at least 2–3 meters away from the tent.
Cleaning Procedure for the Canopy
When cleaning canopies (polyester with PVC/PU coating), it is important to proceed gently:
1. Removing Coarse Dirt
First, remove all coarse dirt, mud, leaves, or pollen with a brush or soft cloth while the canopy is dry.
2. Washing with Lukewarm Water and Mild Detergent
Wash the canopy with a solution of lukewarm water and a non-aggressive, mild soap (e.g., dish soap or a special cleaner for tent canopies).
3. Gentle Brushing
Use a soft cloth, sponge, or brush with soft bristles. Never use harsh brushes, high-pressure cleaners (WAP), or abrasive cleaning agents, as they can damage the waterproof coating of the canopy.
4. Thorough Rinsing
Thoroughly rinse the canopy with clean water to remove all soap residues.
Important Warnings
- Remember: Never fold a wet tent! The canopy must be completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold, mildew, and odors. It is better to leave the tent set up longer in fresh air.
- Avoid Chemicals: Do not use cleaning agents with solvents, bleaches, or aggressive chemicals that could damage the PVC/PU layer and reduce water resistance.
⚙️ Cleaning the Frame
The frame (steel or aluminum) can simply be wiped down with a damp cloth to remove dust or mud. It is most important to keep the joints and moving parts clean to ensure the frame remains fully functional.
⛈️ When should you take down a pop-up tent?
The answer is YES: in the event of an approaching storm or heavy snowfall, it is necessary to take down your pop-up tent immediately. Here is a detailed explanation of the situations:
Storm and strong winds
Our pop-up tents are robust (especially the PROFI and EXCLUSIVE models), but they are not designed to withstand extremely strong storms or gusty winds typical of stormy weather.
- Risk of damage: Strong winds or gusty winds can lead to tipping over, deformation, or breaking of the structure.
- Safety limits: Each tent has a specified maximum wind resistance limit (e.g., 50–70 km/h for PROFI models). A storm can easily exceed these limits.
Recommendation: If strong winds, a storm, or heavy rain is approaching, take down the tent immediately and store it in the carrying bag.
Heavy snowfall ❄️
Heavy and wet snowfall poses a serious risk to the tent due to the weight of the snow cover.
- Risk of collapse: The canopy is not designed to bear snow. Even a small layer of wet snow can overload the roof profiles and cause bending or collapse of the structure.
Recommendation: Pop-up tents are not intended for use under snow. If it starts to snow, take down the tent as soon as possible.
Note: A pop-up tent is intended for quick shelter and protection from mild weather, but not from extreme natural elements.

Choosing the Right Type of Anchoring for a Folding Gazebo
Selecting the appropriate anchoring is crucial for the safety and stability of your pop-up tent, as it prevents damage from wind or even being blown away. The type of anchoring depends on the surface on which you set up the gazebo:
1. Soft Ground (grass, soil, sand)
For soft grounds, standard anchoring elements are the most effective solution:
- Anchoring stakes / pegs: These are included in the package of the pop-up tent. The stakes are firmly driven into the ground through the fastening holes on the feet or used together with anchoring ropes for better stability.
- BRIMO Recommendation: Always use both stakes and ropes. Attach the rope to the top corner of the structure and push the stake into the ground at an angle – this will ensure optimal resistance to side winds.
2. Hard Ground (concrete, pavement, asphalt)
If you cannot use stakes, rely on weighted anchoring:
- Weighted bags: Special bags filled with sand or gravel, secured with Velcro or straps to each leg of the structure. The recommended weight is at least 145 kg per leg (depending on the size of the tent and expected wind).
- Weighted plates / blocks: An alternative is cement, concrete, or cast iron blocks that are secured to the legs of the tent to ensure stability.
⚠️ Important Safety Note
Never use the gazebo without anchoring, even in calm weather. A sudden gust of wind can cause immediate damage to the tent.

Installation of the Roof on the Scissor Tent Frame
The installation of the roof on the frame of our scissor tent is simple and quick. The entire system is designed so that one person can manage it in a few seconds.
Installation Steps
- Partial Assembly of the Frame: Place the folded frame on the ground at the location where the tent will stand. Pull the legs slightly apart, just enough to place the roof. Do not secure the frame yet or fully extend it.
- Attaching the Roof: Place the roof tarp on the partially assembled frame. Check that the corners of the roof are properly aligned with the corners of the frame.
- Securing the Corners: Pull the corners of the roof over the legs of the frame downwards and ensure that the roof feet are firmly placed on the upper parts of the legs.
- Securing with Velcro: Along the perimeter of the roof are Velcro straps. Attach them to the profiles of the frame legs. This way, the tarp will hold firmly and prevent it from blowing away in the wind.
- Fully Extending: Fully extend the legs of the frame outwards. The frame will automatically secure itself with the patented BRIMO system, and the roof will be tightened.
- Height Adjustment: If necessary, adjust the height of the tent.
TIP
You can leave the roof tarp attached when folding the tent, which will save you time during the next setup. However, do not transport the tent prepared this way lying on the ground.
Setting Up the BRIMO Pop-Up Tent
Setting up our pop-up tent is very simple and quick, which is why it is also called "quick-setup." The entire process takes only a few dozen seconds and can be done by one person without any tools.
⚙️ Assembly Instructions
- Unfolding the Structure: Place the folded structure (with the roof attached, if you keep it on the structure) on the ground where the tent is to stand. Grab the two outer legs and gently pull them apart – the structure will start to open up like an accordion.
- Attaching the Roof (if not already attached): Place the roof on while the structure is slightly spread. Pull the corners of the tarp over the feet at the top of the legs and secure it to the pop-up structure using Velcro straps.
- Fully Expanding: Continue to pull the structure apart until it locks completely. The pop-up system will automatically secure itself, and the roof will stretch. Our tents have a special patent that makes handling the corners easier.
- Height Adjustment: Go to each leg, release the lock, pull the inner part to the desired height, and reinsert the lock. This will raise the tent to its full height.
- Installing Side Walls (optional): If you have side walls, attach them to the roof using Velcro and connect them together to create an enclosed space.
- Anchoring (MANDATORY): Anchor the tent using stakes and ropes into the ground. On concrete or pavement, use weight bags or blocks on each leg.
⚠️ Warning
Never use the tent without proper anchoring!

Connecting gazebo tents for more space
That's a great question if you're planning a larger covered area! Yes, our gazebo tents can easily be connected together, allowing you to create larger, continuous, and flexible spaces for events, markets, or big parties.
How the connection works
- Side by side connection: Two or more tents are set up directly next to each other so that their roofs touch.
- Use of guttering: Special guttering (connecting strips) are used for the connection, which are secured between the roofs of the two tents using Velcro or another system.
- Gutter function: The gutter prevents water from flowing at the connection point. Water is directed away from the joint, keeping the area under the tents dry even during rain.
- Additional connection: For complete linking, connecting side walls can be used, which cover the legs of the tents and create an enclosed space without gaps.
BRIMO TIP
When connecting tents, we recommend that they have the same height and type of construction – this way you achieve the tightest and most stable connection using gutters. Connecting tents from different manufacturers or with different heights can be problematic.

Are BRIMO pop-up tents waterproof?
This is a crucial question! Yes, our pop-up tents are completely waterproof – water resistance is one of the main features we emphasize.
Material and construction of the canopy
- Premium material: The roof and side canopies are made from dense polyester fiber (most commonly OXFORD fabric), which is coated on the inside with a durable protective layer – PVC or PU (polyurethane).
- 100% Waterproof: Thanks to this inner layer, the canopies are completely waterproof and reliably withstand rain and strong winds.
- Specially treated seams: Each joint is precisely processed to prevent water penetration at the most sensitive points.
⚠️ Important recommendation for use
To ensure the tent remains completely waterproof, it is essential that the roof canopy is evenly tensioned and that no water pockets (depressions) form on it, which could overload the material over time.

Side Walls and Color Compatibility
If the tent model has 3 walls – can I combine colors or add doors?
1️⃣ Walls Included in the Set
- If you purchase a tent model with the description “including 3 side walls”, all three walls are in the same color as the roof and without windows or doors.
- This set is not disassemblable – you cannot change the color or replace the walls with versions that have windows or doors.
- This is a final product that we ship directly from the warehouse in a fixed configuration.
2️⃣ Combination and Special Walls
- If you want to add windows, doors or change the color, you can purchase separate walls in the accessories section on our website.
- They are available in multiple colors and versions (solid, with window, with zipper – doors) and are fully compatible with your structure.
BRIMO's Recommendation for Greater Flexibility
If you know that you will want to combine different colors or use walls with windows and doors, we recommend purchasing the “WITHOUT WALLS” tent variant and then adding any combination of walls to your cart according to your needs.
♻️ Side Walls – Availability and Spare Parts
Yes, side walls for our scissor tents are available separately in the accessories section, but the following conditions apply:
- Solid Walls: If you only need a solid side wall (without a window or door) as a spare part, due to our stock policy, we do not sell it separately. Solid walls are primarily part of the set, and we are happy to sell you this wall only as part of the SET Roof and 3 solid walls.
- Walls with Functional Elements: You can purchase all walls with added functionality separately in the accessories section, including:
- A wall with a window and door (in any color).
These separately sold walls are fully compatible with your structure, and you can purchase them for functional enhancement or as a replacement for a solid wall.

Transport and Storage of the Scissor Tent with Roof
Although the roof is designed to remain on the scissor frame during folding, the following principles must be observed during transport and storage:
❌ What to Avoid:
It is strictly prohibited to transport a folded tent with the roof attached in a position where the tarp is lying on the ground or comes into direct contact with any rough or hard surface/object during transport!
⚠️ Why This is Important:
- Mechanical Damage: The tarp could get scratched, punctured, or damaged by rubbing against other objects, tools, or the vehicle floor.
- Coating Damage: Constant pressure and friction can disrupt the waterproof PVC/PU coating on the inside of the tarp, reducing its waterproofness.
✅ Proper Method of Transport and Storage:
Always fold the tent into the provided protective cover or bag. During transport, store it in a way that protects it from direct contact with other objects or rough surfaces, ideally in a vertical position or supported and securely fastened.

Yes, our party and gazebo tents provide reliable protection against UV radiation!
Protection Against UV Radiation
Our roof and side tarps are made from high-quality materials (polyester with PVC/PU coating) that naturally have a high ability to block harmful UV radiation. This ensures:
- Protection of People: The space under the tent is safe for you, your guests, or customers, minimizing the risk of sunburn.
- Protection of Goods/Equipment: Goods or equipment placed under the tent are protected from direct sunlight.
Color Fastness Testing (SGS Test)
Our tarps are designed to retain their vibrant color and quality over time.
The fabric of our tents is tested by the independent laboratory SGS, which certifies its color fastness and resistance to fading caused by prolonged exposure to UV radiation and sunlight.
Thanks to this inspection and testing, you can be assured that your tent will not only protect against the sun but also look great for many seasons.

PVC Roof (Often on More Robust Party Tents)
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) roofing is known for its extremely high durability and lifespan.
Durability:
PVC is highly resistant to mechanical damage and has excellent waterproofing. It is a material that withstands intense and prolonged use in various weather conditions.
Maintenance:
Cleaning is easy due to the smooth surface.
Weight:
It tends to be heavier than polyester, which is a trade-off for higher strength and longer lifespan.
Polyester Roof (Often on Lighter Pop-Up Tents)
Polyester is very common in the world of tents because it offers a great balance of weight and functionality.
Weight:
It is lighter, which is ideal for tents that are frequently transported and set up quickly.
Water Resistance:
Polyester fabric is usually treated with a coating (e.g., PU) to make it water-resistant.
Lifespan:
It provides good protection, but with very intense, year-round use and exposure to UV rays, it may be somewhat less durable than strong PVC.
From BRIMO's Perspective: If you are looking for a tent for maximum reliability during frequent use (e.g., regular markets), we recommend PVC. If lightness, quick handling, and occasional use are priorities, polyester is an excellent and efficient choice.

Small tears or damage on your folding tent fabric? No worries – no needle or thread needed.
Practical Solution: Heat Tape
The fastest and simplest way to repair minor tears or holes (on polyester or PVC fabrics) is to use a special heat-activated tape. This ensures that your tent fabric stays fully waterproof and strong, without complicated repairs.
How to do it:
- Materials needed: Heat tape and a standard household iron.
- Procedure: Clean and dry the damaged area. Place the tape over the tear and gently heat it with the iron. The heat activates the adhesive, bonding the fabric securely for a durable, waterproof repair.

Choosing the Tent Color: Light or Dark
The choice between a light and dark tent color mainly depends on how and where you will use the tent most often. Each color has its functional advantages and disadvantages.
Light Colors (e.g., white, light gray)
Light colors are ideal if your priority is thermal comfort. They reflect sunlight and heat the best, which means the space under the tent stays cooler and less overheated during hot summer days. The inside of the tent is naturally better lit and feels airier, which you will appreciate if the tent serves as a sales booth.
The main disadvantage is that light colors are very prone to dirt. If the tent gets dirty from mud, dust, or pollen, it is immediately noticeable and requires more frequent and thorough cleaning.
⚫ Dark Colors (e.g., dark blue, burgundy, black)
Dark colors are practical in terms of maintenance. Smaller dirt, dust, and minor stains are less visible on dark material, so the tent looks representative for a longer time without immediate cleaning. Dark tents also appear more solid and prominent at commercial events.
The downside of dark colors is their tendency to absorb heat. It can feel noticeably warmer under the tent during hot, sunny days. The interior of the tent will be darker, which may require additional lighting.
BRIMO Recommendation
- If your priority is comfort and a cooler space during the summer months, choose light colors.
- If you want minimal maintenance and a striking appearance, opt for dark colors.

Here is a detailed comparison of these two materials that we use for the construction of our scissor tents:
Steel Construction (SUPER / EXCLUSIVE Models)
Steel construction is popular mainly due to its low cost and good strength.
- Strength and Durability: Steel is very strong and robust – it can withstand high loads.
- Longevity: To resist corrosion and rust (especially when used outdoors), steel must be properly treated with a surface finish (e.g., galvanization or powder coating), which we guarantee for our models.
- Weight: Steel is heavier than aluminum. This makes handling, transporting, and assembling more difficult, especially in sizes 3x4.5m and 3x6m, but it can also increase the natural stability of the tent.
- Usage: It is ideal for tents that are not moved very often (e.g., a permanent position in the garden, seasonal market) and where a low purchase price is important.
Aluminum Construction (EXCLUSIVE / PREMIUM Models)
Aluminum construction represents a professional standard for more demanding customers.
- Weight: Exclusive aluminum is significantly lighter (often up to 30% lighter) while maintaining comparable stability. This makes handling and transporting the tent much easier. In contrast, the PREMIUM model is the heaviest even though it is aluminum.
- Corrosion Resistance: Aluminum does not rust, it is naturally resistant to corrosion and weather effects, making it an ideal choice for long-term and year-round outdoor use.
- Strength: Our aluminum scissor constructions use stronger and hexagonal profiles (hexagonal shape), which maximize strength and wind resistance, despite the lower weight of the material.
- Price: Aluminum tents are generally more expensive, but this investment pays off in the form of longer lifespan and higher comfort in handling.
- Usage: We recommend it for tents that are frequently transported and set up (corporate events, trade fairs, mobile booths).
BRIMO Recommendation Summary:
- If your budget is limited and the tent will mostly stay in one place, choose steel.
- If easy handling, low weight, and long lifespan without rusting are key for you, invest in aluminum EXCLUSIVE / PREMIUM construction.

B1 Class Reduced Flammability Certification Pop-Up Tent
Certificate of Conformity and Required Documentation
All quick-assembly tents sold by BRIMO meet the B1 class reduced flammability certification, confirmed by the independent laboratory SGS.
This certification confirms that the materials used in the construction (especially the covers) meet strict fire safety standards, which is essential for their use at various public and marketing events.
Of course, we will gladly provide and attach the relevant documentation for each order confirming this standard (SGS B1).
Declaration and Acceptance of Deviation Risk:
The B1 certificate confirms that the material type has been successfully tested under strict laboratory conditions.Despite strict quality control in bulk production, the occurrence of variations in the uniformity of the coating and mechanical properties is a common technical reality.
The client acknowledges and accepts that the result of an individual random test (so-called Ad hoc testing) may not correspond to the results of the tested reference sample.
These variations are tolerated within the scope of the industrial standard AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit).
We do not bear responsibility for the results of random testing that exceed this usual industrial tolerance.
Price of the Personalized Advertising Tent
The price of the personalized advertising tent is always individual and depends on the model and type of printing you choose. Exact and current prices are clearly listed on our website after selecting specific parameters.
Creating the Price of the Personalized Tent
The total price is based on two main items: the price of the tent and the price of printing.
1. Printing with Thermal Foil (Ironing)
- Principle: This involves the additional application of a logo or inscription on an already finished tent fabric, which you select from our standard offer of 7 colors.
- Price Calculation: The price of thermal foil printing is added to the price of the finished tent you selected (structure + fabric).
Total Price = Price of the Basic Tent + Price of Thermal Foil Printing
Price of Printing: On the website, you select the placement and size of the print (e.g., a small logo on the frill) and the system will show you the exact price for this print only.
2. Digital Sublimation Printing
- Principle: In this method, the graphics (logo, photo, full-pattern design) are printed directly onto the white fabric before the tent is sewn together. Sublimation is therefore not just printing, but also the fabric of the roof and walls themselves.
- Price Calculation: On the website, you select the size of the tent and then choose which parts (roof, individual walls) should be sublimation printed. The system will display the total price for this printed fabric (including the cost of the fabric and printing).
Total Price = Price of the Structure + Price of the Sublimation Printed Fabric
Advantage: The price of sublimation does not depend on the extent of printing on the fabric – whether you print 10% or 100% of the wall area, the price for that fabric remains the same.

Design Templates for Creating Your Proposal
You can find design templates (templates for graphic materials) for creating your proposal directly on our BRIMO website in the section dedicated to printing (Advertising Tents/Printing of Tents).
Where to Find Templates:
- Tent Printing Section: Go to the section on our website where you choose the type of printing (Heat Transfer Film or Sublimation).
- Configurator: When selecting a specific tent size and type of printing, you will access our online configurator or a page with detailed printing descriptions.
- Download Templates: On this page, you will find links to download templates in vector format (.pdf) for individual parts of the tent (roof, valance, side walls).
Why Use Our Templates:
- Accurate Dimensions: The templates contain accurate dimensions and outlines of each part of the canopy, including seams and where the fabric ends.
- Graphic Optimization: They help you place your logo and graphics so that they are not covered by zippers, seams, or the frame structure.
- Vector Format: They ensure the highest print quality without blurring, which is especially important for sublimation printing.
If You Don't Have Your Own Graphic Designer:
Our graphic team will be happy to assist you with preparing a visualization and placing the graphics into the template upon receiving your logo in the required format (ideally vector).

Procedure for Delivering Graphic Materials for Personalized Tent
1. For Thermal Foil Printing (Iron-On)
For this type of printing, which is done on pre-made tarps, you will use our online tool:
- Online Upload: You can upload logos, texts, or other graphic elements individually directly in our online configurator after selecting the printing location (e.g., frill, side wall) and its desired size.
- Advantage: The system will show you a visual preview and exact price for each application almost immediately.
2. For Sublimation Printing (Full-Width Printing)
For sublimation printing, where the entire fabric is printed before sewing, we usually need more complex graphic files, which you will send us:
- By Email: Smaller graphic files (logos, texts, laid out in a template) can be sent as an email attachment. Please remember the attachment size limit, which must not exceed 25 MB.
- Via Cloud: If your graphic materials are extensive (e.g., full-width graphics in high resolution or a template file exceeding 25 MB), please send us a link to a cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) to our company email.
Important Format Notice
For both methods, we require graphics in the highest possible quality, ideally in vector format (.ai, .cdr, .eps, or vector .pdf). Vector format ensures sharp printing regardless of its size.

We completely understand that you want the print to be perfect, and that is our goal too. Our graphic service is designed to ensure a flawless result:

Additional Printing of the BRIMO Gazebo
Thank you for your question. This is a common request from customers who decide on personalization later. Yes, it is possible to print on the BRIMO gazebo additionally after purchase, but it depends on the chosen printing technology:
✅ Thermal Foil Printing (Iron-On)
- Additional Printing: IS possible – this method is ideal for additional printing.
- Process: Just send us the specific tarps (roof, valance, or side walls) that you wish to print (e.g., with a logo or text). We will apply the thermal foil to them.
- Suitable for: Simple logos, text, or smaller graphic elements.
❌ Digital Sublimation Printing
- Additional Printing: IS NOT possible – sublimation is done before the fabric is sewn. The ink penetrates directly into the structure of the white fabric at high temperatures.
- Suitable for: Full-coverage graphics, full-color patterns. If you want sublimation printing, you must order a completely new set of tarps with this printing.
Difference Between Thermal Foil and Sublimation Printing
Choosing between these two methods will affect the appearance, durability, and cost of your advertising tent.
1. Thermal Foil Printing (Heat Transfer)
- Technology: A foil with a logo or text is heat-pressed onto the surface of an already finished roof or side tarp at high pressure and temperature.
- Appearance: The graphics are tangible as they are applied to the surface of the fabric. It is used on our standard colored tarps (e.g., red, blue, green).
- Suitable for: Simple logos, texts, and slogans on smaller and medium areas.
- Price: The cost of printing depends on the size and number of printed areas and is added to the price of the basic tent.
- Flexibility: This printing can also be done additionally on a tent that has already been purchased.
2. Digital Sublimation Printing
- Technology: Ink penetrates directly into the structure of the fabric in a gaseous state (sublimation) due to high temperature. Printing is done before the tarp is sewn together.
- Appearance: The graphics are intangible, becoming part of the fabric. The colors are exceptionally vivid and precise.
- Suitable for: Full surface printing, complex patterns, photographs, and full-color, design-intensive visuals.
- Price: The price depends on the size of the tarp, not on the extent of the print – printing the entire surface costs the same as printing only part of it. The price also includes the fabric (as white fabric is printed).
- Flexibility: Sublimation printing cannot be done additionally on an already finished tent.

Delivery of graphic materials after ordering
Although you must place the order through the e-shop, you can provide us with the graphic materials as follows:
- Thermal Printing: You can upload logos and texts directly into the online configurator when placing your order.
- Sublimation Printing: You can send logos and graphics via email (for smaller files up to 25 MB) or through a link to cloud storage (for larger files) after completing the order.
Summary: Always complete the order for the tent product through the e-shop, and then provide the graphics for printing.
Rental
Our company does not provide party tent rentals
Our experience and calculations show that renting would often not be cost-effective for you as a customer.
Why we recommend buying instead of renting:
- High rental costs: When you calculate the daily rental price, transportation costs, setup/takedown, and additionally account for the risk of vandalism or other damage, the total rental price often equals or even exceeds the price of a new tent.
- Cost-effectiveness of purchase: It is much more advantageous to buy our cheapest yet still quality tent.
- Flexible use: You can use your own tent repeatedly for various events or other purposes (e.g., storage, shelter).
- Easy resale: If you no longer need the tent, you can sell it as nearly new at classified ad portals.
With this approach, you gain full control, higher quality, and often a better price in the end.
