How is the size of your print determined exactly?
Although the maximum print area on the tent valance is 140 x 15 cm, your artwork will be scaled up so its original proportions are preserved.
This means we do not stretch or squeeze logos or text, as that would cause visible distortion and reduce quality. The artwork is scaled proportionally so its longest side touches the edge of the predefined area (either the 140 cm width or the 15 cm height), whichever happens first.
- Example 1 (Square or tall logo): If your logo is square, we will scale it so its height reaches the maximum 15 cm. In that case its width will also be 15 cm. The remaining 125 cm of width will remain unprinted. The logo will still be legible and undistorted, and you can, for example, add text in the unused area.
- Example 2 (Very long text): If you have a long, narrow line of text, we will scale it so it reaches the maximum width of 140 cm. The height of that text might then be only 5 cm if the lettering is slim. The remaining 10 cm of height will remain empty, but the text will fill the width of the tent.
- Proportional fidelity: Your print will be placed into the heat-transfer film area sized 140 x 15 cm exactly as designed, only resized. This guarantees your visual identity remains intact.

Safety and maintenance of the signage
- Short-term use: The tent is intended for portable promo purposes, not as a permanent structure.
- Dismantling: After the event, dismantle the tent and store it in a dry place to protect the frame and the signage.
- Weather conditions: In strong wind or snowfall, dismantle the tent immediately. Remove snow cover continuously.
- Fire: Do not place the tent (especially printed parts) near open flames or heat sources.
- Warranty: Leaving the tent assembled unattended (e.g. overnight) may lead to damage and void the warranty.
- Signage: It is completely maintenance-free.
