Important usage principles and safety
Although this 5x6 m party tent is designed with an emphasis on strength (frame 38/42 mm), it is still a mobile shelter that requires proper handling depending on the weather.
1. Protection from weather conditions
- Wind and snow: The tent is not rated for extreme gusts of wind or heavy snow loads. During snowfall it is necessary to regularly clear the roof. In the event of a forecasted strong wind or storm we recommend taking the tent down in time or at least removing the side and entrance tarpaulins to reduce wind resistance.
- Rain: For 100% waterproofing ensure proper tensioning of the PVC tarpaulin (500 g/m²) to prevent water pockets that could overload the structure.
2. Supervision of the structure
Although assembly takes only 40 minutes, do not leave the tent erected unattended for extended periods. A sudden change in weather could cause damage to the frame or tarpaulins that can be prevented by timely intervention.
3. Safe placement
- Party tent should not be placed in the immediate vicinity of open flames (e.g. grills) or high-power radiant heaters.
- Make sure the tent is positioned at a safe distance from power lines and trees with overhanging branches.

Please note that this product is not a certified structure intended for permanent year-round installation. Damage caused by gale-force winds, heavy snow, or leaving the tent unattended is contrary to the user manual and may result in a warranty claim being denied.
