The event tent is delivered as a complete set including all tarpaulins, anchoring elements and elastic straps. The smooth surface of the PVC material ensures easy maintenance – in case of contamination simply wash the tarpaulins with water.

Unlike economy variants, where a heavier roof is often combined with thinner sidewalls, this event tent uses a uniform cladding system. Roof panels, gable entrances and side segments are made from identical high-weight PVC of 500 g/m². This approach ensures even durability, color fastness and mechanical resistance of the entire shelter regardless of which side is exposed to the weather.

The cladding consists of a three-layer composite whose properties are sized at the level of tarpaulins used in truck transport.

  • Inner reinforcing layer: The core of the material is a dense polyester mesh. This grid reinforcement is key for high tensile strength and effectively prevents the propagation of tears in the event of accidental mechanical damage.
  • Double-sided PVC coating: The load-bearing mesh is encapsulated on both sides with liquid PVC. The result is a monolithic, waterproof material that not only repels water but is impermeable to it through its entire cross-section.
  • Self-cleaning surface: The final finish of the sheet is smooth and glossy. Dust and pollen do not settle on it as intensely as on porous textiles, and common dirt is naturally washed away by rainwater.

Seam technology: High-frequency heat welding

Critical zones where individual parts are joined are processed to completely eliminate the risk of moisture penetration.

  • Molecular bond: Individual PVC strips are joined using high-frequency welding technology. At the contact point the material melts and fuses on a molecular level into a single piece.
  • Safety stitching: In strategic points with the highest stress, the weld is reinforced with industrial sewing, achieving a joint that is mechanically stronger than the fabric itself.

Thermoregulation and UV protection for guest comfort

The material actively contributes to stabilizing conditions inside the tent, which is essential for all-day commercial and social events.

  • Certified UV protection 80+: The PVC compound contains stabilizers that prevent embrittlement and yellowing of the material. At the same time it creates an effective barrier against UV radiation, comparable to a permanent structure.
  • Temperature resistance: The sheets are tested for a range from -20 °C to +50 °C. In winter the material retains flexibility without cracking, while in summer heat it keeps its shape and does not stretch out.
  • Light management: Pure white color reflects the maximum thermal energy, noticeably reducing interior temperature. The material still admits pleasant diffused light, so the event does not require artificial lighting during the day.

  • Multi-layer windows: Transparent window inserts are made from clear, frost-resistant PVC. They are firmly integrated into the sidewall structure while maintaining 100% watertight seams.
  • Impact absorption: Fixing to the steel frame is solved via stainless eyelets and flexible rubber fasteners. This system acts as a damper that absorbs wind shocks and protects the sheet from sudden tearing out.

Assembly and operational limits of the 4x12 m frame

This model uses a professional tubular system. Unlike pop-up (scissor) tents it provides significantly higher stability and durability, but requires manual assembly of individual segments.

Statics and safety limits

The frame is classified as a mobile short-term shelter. To maintain the 5-year warranty on the frame and ensure guest safety, observe the following limits:

Snow The roof is not rated for snow load. If it snows, clear the cover or dismantle the tent.
Wind During warnings for gale or strong gusting winds, the covers must be removed.
Rain Ensure the roof is tensioned tightly with rubber fasteners to prevent the formation of water pockets.

⚠️ Important notices

  • Supervision: Do not leave the tent unattended for long periods (risk of sudden weather changes).
  • Fire: Keep a safe distance from grills and gas heaters.
  • Electricity: Do not erect the tent under power lines.

Warranty and liability

We provide a 5-year warranty against frame corrosion for the consumer. Please note that the warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by natural events (wind, snow) if operating instructions are not followed.
