Information about Sublimation Printing on Advertising Tents

Promotional tents with digital sublimation printing. The print is created through a chemical process where ink, under high temperature, penetrates directly into the fabric structure. Logos, text, or any type of graphics can be printed on the inside or outside of the tent, according to the customer's preferences.

The colors are very vibrant, and this method perfectly captures every detail on advertising tents. The rich, intense colors attract attention, and sublimation ensures long-term use without color fading. With this method, no matter how large the print is, the price remains the same (the size of the print does not affect the cost of the walls or the roof). The larger the print, the more visible the advertisement.

Single-sided printing means that the fabric is printed on one side (either exterior or interior), while the other side remains white, with the design slightly visible in sunlight.

Double-sided printing means that two pieces of fabric are printed separately and sewn together with a blackout membrane, creating a double-sided printed wall, but at double the cost.

Graphic Files

Graphic files for printing must be sent in the highest quality to the confirmation email you will receive after placing your order. If the attachment exceeds 25MB, please use a cloud service. Based on the submitted files, a 2D visualization will be created and sent for approval. If you wish to create your own design, a blank template is available in the 4th line of text after selecting the tent size. By clicking on the hyperlink, you will be redirected to the template. This helps refine your idea and speed up the 2D visualization process as well as the order delivery.

Production Time & Delivery

The 2D visualization is usually delivered within 24 hours of receiving the order and graphic files.

After approving the 2D visualization and receiving the payment in our bank account, the standard delivery time is 2 weeks. 

Printing will only begin after payment has been received and our 2D visualization has been approved.

Production cannot be expedited, and the time is not guaranteed, but 95% of orders are completed within 2 weeks...
